The Continental Hotel reserves the right to request part or all of the stay payment by bank transfer.

The amount paid will be deducted from the total bill at the end of the stay at the hotel. We guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card (including expiration date).

To guarantee your reservation, you must provide your credit card information. It is important that you know that no amount will be charged to your card at the time of confirming your reservation. We simply require the same information in order to keep the reservation in your name in force (according to our reservation policy). The total amount corresponding to your stay will be paid directly at the Continental hotel, in cash or by credit card.

At the time of registration, a valid passport is required for all guests.

If there is not availability of both dates and room type, we will suggest the best possible alternatives.

Your reservation will be maintained until 6 pm on the day of entry; If you are arriving after this time, you must notify us, otherwise we could have the room and consider your reservation as “Not Submitted”. In case of no-show at the hotel on the scheduled day of entry, we will charge your credit card the amount corresponding to a day of stay and your reservation will be canceled.

You can cancel your reservation with a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) or 7 days (depending on the reservation for normal or peak dates, respectively) before the day of your arrival; otherwise, the Continental Hotel will charge a night’s stay as a penalty.

Likewise, if you wish to shorten your stay, you must communicate it with the same minimum advance as the stay is on normal or peak dates before the new departure date you request, otherwise having the same penalty of one night’s stay. On peak dates such as Holy Week and others, this option may not exist, in which case we will expressly indicate it when we confirm your reservation.

You can cancel your reservation by phone, e-mail must only provide your reservation number.

Request a confirmation when completing and sending the  reservation form  with your request and personal data. In either case, the Continental Hotel will send you the confirmation with your reservation number, via email. The confirmation will detail:

Your personal data, the day of entry and exit of the accommodation, the type and number of rooms reserved, the total amount of your stay, the reservation number and the cancellation policy.

If you prefer, you can print that confirmation and present it upon admission to the Continental Hotel.


Once a reservation has been made by the user, a charge will automatically be made to the payment system that the user has chosen. In case of payment by card, if the card provided by the user is denied, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and will inform the user of the cancellation by email.

All prices of products offered through the Website include the corresponding VAT.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all possible exchange and bank commissions run on your own when opting for this payment system.

bank transfers made from outside Spain, it  is very important that when ordering the transfer, always notify your bank to take charge of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, could cripple the reservation by not receiving the full amount of it.

Children from 0 to 2 years old stay for free, occupying existing beds, that is, sharing a bed with parents. Cots are also available upon request without supplement. If you prefer to sleep in an extra bed, you will pay a supplement of € 32 per night, except from 06/01 to 09/30 which will pay a supplement of € 32 per night. This rate includes your breakfast.
